Legendary Bollywood choreographer Saroj Khan passed away today, on July 3, 2020, at early hours. The ace choreographer breathed her last at the Guru Nanak hospital in Mumbai where she was admitted a few days back due to breathing issues. As legendary choreographer Saroj Khan passed away today early this morning, Govinda expresses his grief over her demise and reveals he will never forget his first meeting with her. The actor shared a video and prayed to the almighty for Saroj Khan’s departed soul.

On Instagram, Govinda shared a throwback picture along with late Saroj Khan and a video expressing his grief. The candid picture the actor shared sees Saroj Khan and him caught in a conversation on the sets. In the video, Govinda spoke about Saroj Khan’s sudden death. He said that he will always pray to God for Saroj Khan’s departed soul. The Coolie No 1 actor also mentioned that he will never forget his first meeting with Masterji. Recalling memories from his first meet with late Saroj Khan, Govinda shared how the choreographer said, “Aayenge tab dekhenge,” when he said he wanted to learn dance from her, but did not have any money on him.

In the video, Govinda also mentioned that he does not have words to share what a gem of a person late Saroj Khan was. He also said that she was the one who made him Govinda from Govind. Sharing the video and picture, Govinda wrote, “#Rip Saroj Khan ji Masterji Love you always !!.” In his post’s caption, Govinda mentioned that he will always love his Masterji.


Meanwhile, Saroj Khan passed away suffering a cardiac arrest. As the legendary choreographer gave fans many iconic songs and worked with many Bollywood celebrities, apart from Govinda, actors Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Kajol, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Kangana Ranaut, Alia Bhatt, and several other expressed their grief over her sudden demise.
